What: Welcome and orientation for all participating Academic Center families

 

Please Note: Payment in full for all classes and supply fees is to be made to each of your

                       instructors at this event.  Students who have not made their full payment

                       will not be allowed to begin classes (unless special arrangements have been

                       made with WAC Leadership in advance).

 

Who:  Mandatory for all families registered for Wellspring Academic Center in the

           current academic year

 

When:  Thursday, Aug. 3, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.  The cookout will directly follow the

              meeting.  Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled in.  We will begin at the time

              listed above.

Please note:  In the event of rain, the meeting portion of this event will be moved to the First United Methodist Church on Main St. - Multi-Ministry Building (in the back parking lot).  The cookout portion will simply be canceled.  The meeting will take about 40 minutes, and we like for a parent and the student(s) to attend. 

 

Where:   E.C. Million Park-soccer side (down Stratford Dr. off Barnes Mill Rd.)

What to Bring:  Folding chair(s), a side dish, and a 2-liter beverage (if you are       attending the cookout to follow)
